  • Whole Wheat Pasta and Brown Rice
  • Sweet Potatoes
  • 1% cottage cheese
  • Chobani
  • Assorted Nuts
  • Oats (For Oatmeal Of Course!)
  • Eggs
  • Fruit: Pears, Apples, Bananas (My Favorite Fruit!), Pineapple, Cantaloupe, and Watermelon
  • Veggies: Broccoli, Zucchini, Squash, Carrots, Spinach, Romaine Lettuce, Avocado, Onions, and Garlic (Is Garlic A Veggie?)
  • Frozen Veggies (These Can Be Life Savers!)
  • Canned Foods: Pumpkin, Corn, New Potatoes, Tuna, and Salmon
