- Fruit: Pears, Apples, Bananas (My Favorite Fruit!), Pineapple, Cantaloupe, and Watermelon
- Veggies: Broccoli, Zucchini, Squash, Carrots, Spinach, Romaine Lettuce, Avocado, Onions, and Garlic (Is Garlic A Veggie?)
- Frozen Veggies (These Can Be Life Savers!)
- Canned Foods: Pumpkin, Corn, New Potatoes, Tuna, and Salmon
